Coverage

We ship vegetable seeds, flower seeds, fruit seeds for planting, herb seeds, forage seeds, spice seeds, and other sowing packets to PIN codes served by our refrigerated logistics partners. Unserviceable areas are blocked during checkout.

Packing standards

• Breathable cartons with cushioning dividers to limit bruising.
• Seasonal gel packs for heat-sensitive lots during summer dispatch.
• Each box labelled with variety, net weight, and "keep cool" handling notes.

Timelines

Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST on working days typically leave our facility within 24–36 hours. Monsoon and festival periods may add one business day.

Charges

Prepaid orders over ₹500 qualify for free standard shipping. COD orders may include a handling fee displayed before payment. Remote-area surcharges, if applicable, appear at checkout.

Tracking & delivery attempts

Tracking links appear in My Orders once dispatched. Couriers generally attempt delivery twice; repeated failures may return the parcel to origin.
