Seed Purchase Agreement

Section A — Parties & scope

This agreement is between you (the customer) and APPILY FORTYTHREE SEED TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED, which operates the Appily fortythree storefront at Shop 43, Seed Exchange Block, Sowing Lane, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560043. It applies to all seed purchases made through this website, mobile browser, or linked checkout pages.

Section B — Product catalogue

Our catalogue features vegetable seeds, flower seeds, fruit seeds for planting, herb seeds, forage seeds, spice seeds, and other sowing packets. Product pages display packet size, variety, and HSN details. Photographs show representative seed lots; natural variation in size, colour, and ripeness is normal for seed packets.

Section C — Orders & payment

1. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable charges shown at checkout.
2. We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery (COD) where courier coverage permits.
3. Email verification is required before your first order is processed.
4. An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email.

Section D — Perishable goods

Fruit is a living product. Shelf life after delivery depends on variety, ambient temperature, and storage method. Appily fortythree does not warrant identical ripeness across every unit in a lot.

Section E — Limitation of liability

Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as meal preparation costs or event delays.

Section F — Law & jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over unresolved disputes.
